1. General Terms

Cg44 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between cg44 and its users.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Access to cg44's betting and gaming services requires an active account. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Submitting false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of our rules and may result in all accounts and associated funds being forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. cg44 will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits at cg44 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5–30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Identity verification (KYC) may be required for larger amounts.

• At least one deposit must have been made to your account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The required turnover must be completed before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will always be returned to the original deposit method — not to any other account.
• No charges apply to your first 10 withdrawals each month.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on cg44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4. Betting Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind before placing bets on cg44. They are just as important for protecting your own interests.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, your bet cannot be changed or cancelled — with limited exceptions (such as when the Cash Out feature is available). If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at which your bet is accepted are final — any subsequent changes will not apply. cg44 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match does not take place or is cancelled before the scheduled time, bets will be refunded in accordance with cg44's rules. Where a match is partially played, the rules of the relevant sport apply.

4.4 Minimum & Maximum Bet

Different limits apply across various games and markets. cg44 may adjust bet limits for individual players at any time based on security or balance considerations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Cg44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Bonuses received on your first deposit are generally valid for 30 days from activation. If the required turnover is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 Turnover Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 15–30x the bonus amount. Turnover requirements apply separately for each bonus.

5.3 Referral & Cashback

To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account and make their first deposit. Cashback offers are automatically credited at the end of each week or month.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cg44. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, software, or any form of automation.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Registering using another person's information or identity.
• Any attempt to interfere with or compromise cg44's systems or security infrastructure.

7. Privacy & Data

Cg44 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Any information you provide:

• Used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.
• Never sold to third parties.
• Not shared unless required by law.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 On Your Part

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be closed once any remaining balance has been withdrawn.

8.2 Closure Initiated by cg44

Cg44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, or legal reasons. Any valid deposits (excluding bonuses) will be refunded following an investigation.

8.3 Voluntary Break

9. Changes Policy

Cg44 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• A clear notice will be posted on the platform.
• Notice will be given at least 7 days before the effective date of any change (except where required by urgent legal circumstances).

Continued use of the service after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
